To help us effectively advocate for essential programs like Community Food Connection (CFC), Hunger Prevention Nutrition Assistant Program (HPNAP), and Nourish NY, for the coming year, we simply need your feedback. This survey will directly guide our shared priorities and help us understand how recent policy shifts are impacting the neighbors you serve.

- Deadline: Friday, August 28th by end of day
- Time Commitment: 8 minutes to fill out this survey
- Single Submission: Complete the survey once for your organization
- Assurance: Responses will not impact the food or support you receive
- Duplication Check: We will use the latest submitted responses if there are multiples from a single organization.
