United Way of New York City (UWNYC) is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultant support for our Community Benefits Resiliency Network (CBRN) initiative focused on SNAP Work Requirements Technical Assistance.

As New York City prepares for significant changes to SNAP work requirements, UWNYC is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team to develop training, technical assistance, and outreach materials to support community-based organizations (CBOs) and the clients they serve.

The scope of work includes:
Component 1: CBO SNAP Work Requirement Toolkit and Training Materials
Component 2: Client Outreach and Educational Materials

Deliverables will help equip CBO staff and community members with the tools and information needed to navigate SNAP work requirements, maintain compliance, and prevent benefit loss.

Proposals are due by May 29, 2026.

Please refer to the attached RFP for full project details, scope, deliverables, and submission requirements. Questions may be submitted to: [email protected]

We look forward to partnering on this important work to support New Yorkers at risk of benefit loss.
